bryocat...I've been working out of this shop since '77 and have only dunged it out a few times, so I've accumulated a lot of stuff for certain.
I met John Clark - visited his shop in Tottenham Ont. when he was producing muzzle loading rifle kits. I built a very good rifle from one of his parts collections a long time ago. More recently, I bought a scale prop for my 1/4 scale Albatros DVa, and enjoyed our re-acquaintance.
What you are seeing is wild rose shoots with the spines knocked off. Because of the foreshortening of the camera lens, they appear to be larger than they are. They're for primitive arrows.
Thanks for your interest.

Re: Show your shop Pic's

My workshop area is about to get dunged again, but I never seem to accumulate much, just lose more space to do it in (sort of like the garbage compactor scene from Star War or lots of other adventure movies and serials).

My wife pointed out to me that there's company called "nodrywall.com" that has a product that's supposed to replace the need for studding and drywalls in making basements livable. The fortunate part is that there's an open house at one of the customers in two weeks time.

Next step in doing the basement is to get everything moved away from the wall that needs drywall (currently cheap wallboard), rip out the wallboard, fix the electrics, cover it all up (two sheets of drywall will do it) and put in new cabinets.

Something that I've been talking about for fifteen years.

Re: Show your shop Pic's

I was waiting to take some pictures of my shop as We had a flood from upstairs into an adjoining room to mine. Some of the contents of this other room have been moved into to my room in much needed floor space. The ins . company and a flood drying company where right there to get things dried out(trying not to advertise for them)and rip up floors etc. That was a month ago. Nothing since. Oh well thats another story here are pictures of my disorganized room

Re: Show your shop Pic's

It has a Brison 2.4ci/39cc in it which has started on the second flip everytime I have tried it. The plane has been unflown by me and has had only 4 flights on it by original owner. He said it flew well but the one piece wing was hard to Transport(you had the option of making it a one piece or two piece wing, why he chose one piece I will never know). We drove to Philly. PA to pick it up last yearwas a birthday present and a summer holiday all rolled into one.It has a glitch in the radio with one servo chattering just never got it tracked down(can't even remeber which one it was now.)

Re: Show your shop Pic's

Thanks for the info . I have one waiting to be assembled , and am gathering info for engine choice . I've seen one fly with a Zenoah 26 , but it seemed like it was just wallowing around the sky without enough power .
