Hi Gang,
I don`t know about you but getting the ribs cut evenly and accurately can be a bit of a pain at times using a sanding bar or such so I decided to try this and it works perfect.

It may take a little longer but I find the extra effort well worth it.
Please share your ideas also.

WARNING: Please be carefull and cut away from yourself.

I don't remember how I did mine, but what you're doing makes perfect sence to me. I do remember dragging the frame over a full sheet of sandpaper to finish it of. Looks good!
