Guys... one other thing - I picked up a couple new bottles of Lepage's Express Wood Glue at Home Depot. Brad mentioned to me that his newest bottles were not bright white - sure enough, mine were also a bit more yellow-ish than my past big bottle.

I honestly think they've changed the formulation somewhat... these new bottles no longer dry perfectly clear (dries more yellow-ish-brown) and I'm finding does not sand NEARLY as well as my original bottle that was bright-white.

In fact, while sanding recently, the glue balled-up and left a couple tiny scratches in the balsa surfaces - really ticked me off.

I may head back to Home Depot and see if I can find some of the bright-white stuff in the back of the shelf. If not, I will likely have to switch back to Titebond wood glue.

Or I'll call Gotz at Vogelsang AeroScale and order a few more bottles of the Aerobond Express Wood glue, which was almost identical to the white Lepage's Express, just a bit thicker.

Not sure what's going on and why. I actually had cut deeper than the plans already.
