on a side note, be very leary of the reviews you read. Most of the reviews I have read are so full of BS that they might as well not even done the review....i.e "This is absolutely the best flying, easiest to build plane that has zero bad habits and goes together without a hitch...." Just be careful and make sure you are critical of the information that is out there.

FWIW, In our club we have 6 BME Aircraft (yak, extra, edge's and ultimate's) and they are amazing flyers. Super light and come with hardware.

setup

I see that you decided to go with the TOC Yak. Something else to think about when you setup your plane (or any plane): they all fly like crap if they are setup incorrectly. Make sure you do your homework and ask lots of questions about the setup...i.e servo geometry and linkages, servo choice, balancing, trimming, etc. If you put the time in and fine tune the airframe, you'll have a much better flying aircraft that will be a joy to fly...and if this is your first gasser, this will be an opportunity to learn a wealth of knowledge about how to make an airplane fly. Best of luck.

P.S. - you should do a build thread!!

a friend of mine just got an aeroworks yak. The thing looks freakin sick. He also has a double vision, which I think is hard to beat as an overall 3d/ let it all hang out 50cc plane. To bad you can't use a double vision in IMAC

Yes...those Aeroworks planes are gorgeous. They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I got my AM 30% yak today.
It's so beautiful. I am sure it is a winner.
I have been researching this beauty for several weeks, I think I could make it good.
It's for next summer, so I have a lot of time to build it.

The aviation model has some problem, but they said they will be back in
"weeks".
Chief still have some stock, and very good price.
