Can't answer as I never tried Ultracoat. The one I did on this thread was Monokote and it worked fine.

That's good enough for me - already have several rolls of Monokote. Will use Tan, Olive Drab, & Green with Blue Mist on the bottom. Can hardly wait to get started. Thanks again.
