Kinda like if I get into trouble I can let sticks go and it will correct as long as there is enough altitude for correction

To a degree, it will try and level the quad but if you cut power it isn't going to recover on it's own, it just tries to keep the orientation level when there is no stick input.

Re: How to Fly a Quad Copter Pics Added

Here are some close up pics of the unit I have.It appears that the pins on the end of the wires on the quad where pushed into the wiring joints of the uplink cable.?You can go online and download upgrades to the quad(if you happen to know what you are doing that is)

If you click on the picture after it comes up in the box it really gets big and can read most of the words on the board

Thumbs up Re: How to Fly a Quad Copter Pics Added

Not sure what thing is but you have tried to fly this yet?.Bind it to your radio and give it a go

I dont know about you but all the features and options on these things make my head spin (doesnt take much). You will see alot of that on the forums as well.Guys get into making them as level as possible, messing with all the options till eventually they wont fly worth a crap.In fact they are so easy to fly.Bind it and try lifting off.Dont be surprised if it lifts straight up ..Much easier than any helicopter i have ever flown

I'm thinking about a tri-copter for my next multi.I hear that they are the most aerobatic..Have fun

Re: How to Fly a Quad Copter Pics Added

Yes have had it in the air a few times Rick . Biggest problem now is only one night a week for indoor flying. Just thought If I had something that would help me fly better then why not use it. Sort of like a Flymentor on a Heli.
