Hi Chris. That foamie is/was my son's. It is just an ordinary blue foamie that he built. He drew out the pattern and coloured it with markers. I say was, because the day the group picture was taken, too many walls jumped out at it so he decided to build another. Can't wait to see how he colours the new one.

Re: Blue Foamie

Well definitely pass on my compliments Dan. That must have taken him some time to color in. I hope you'll be posting pics of his next coloring job.

Re: Blue Foamie

These blue foamie's look great!

This thread is epic... just wondering what prop, engine, esc, battery combo that works best for this build?

I've been doing some reading regarding e-flight... also picked up some depron (at least that's what I think it is) from the LHS... excited to start my build.

Hi JP
Nice to hear from you, I hope everything is well. The CG is located in line with the front of the rudder servo and here's the receiver you need.

Re: Blue Foamie

Hi

Once again, we had a good day at the gym, there had to be at least 20 flyers. The following pics will give you an idea of the different styles and talents in our group.

On the left is Dan MacMillan jr. with a beautiful paint scheme.
In the center is Alan Murphy with a Silhouette.
On the right is Raymond Rivet with a modified foamie (more wing surface) and much more power.
