Make sure your radio isn't too close while initializing. 3 feet away is good.

I try to keep the antenna pointed away from it, not sure if it helps but it's part of my routine.
Sent the 3GX back to Rotor Quest for a replacement on Friday, Should have the new one by the end of the week. Thumbs up to Rotor Quest for excellent service. I just hope I didn't damage the servo, have to wait and see.

I use Rotorquest for almost everything but it seems their stock is dwindling. Lots of crucial repair parts not in stock. Is that the case everywhere?

i don't have that issue, but id just email them, let them know. I used to buy lots from rcflightstore, but he never has any thing in stock.. Hence why i switched to rotorquest..

I think they order in bulk from the supplier so waiting for enough parts to order in one shot is what I would do. Still the best stocked shop I've found.
