Taking a break from the hobby

Hey, just letting you guys know i will be taking a break from the hobby. That being said, i will be selling ALL my RC stuff. It will take some time to make a list becuase, i got to checkall my stuff and see if there's anything wrong with the stuff. I thought about it long and hard and i decided on this conclusion because, right now i want to concentrate on my future. I am going to college and i need as much income as possable. I start in college january and i am getting a full time job in two weeks. Selling my stuff would give me a good start and would allow me to fully concentrate on what's important right now my future. I hope to be back in the R/C scene soon but, right now i have to do what's important. I am taking a break not leaving. Tekno.

A wise beyond your years decision.

Cost aside, it's too easy to sink a lot of time into our cars. Time that at this point in your life could better be spent on furthering your education.

Go get yourself a good education followed by a great job. Hopefully you will then be in a position to afford and enjoy this great hobby/sport once again.

Good luck!

You're familiar to most of us here and I'm sure this was a very tough decision to make. Looks like you've got your priorities straight, good luck buddy . If you do get that RC itch just let me know, you're welcome to drive my assortment of RC vehicles.

Can't wait to see your list!

Awsome choice on the program. I'm on my 3rd year of the Electronic Engineering program at RCC. Its a great subject and EET jobs are going through the roof with technology beeing in demand. Just dont let the math discourage you...there's a tonne of number crunching in the engineering field.
