The Southern Ontario Model Airshow regrets that we have to cancel this weekends event .Sorry for the late notice but due to the torrential rains we have had here the field is only good for a float fly .

We will try to reschedule the event for mid Sept in hopes that we can still raise some funds for THE CHILDRENS WISH FOUNDATION .

We are looking at another date in September. We will post the date as soon as a couple of things are finalized.
Everyone worked real hard to get this weekend going. The decsion was hard to make.The weather has been bizzare. Please be patient and hope to see everyone there again this year !! The childrens wish foundation is counting on us.

Folks,
Soma is off till next year.

The Soma committe and volunteers worked very hard to get this thing to work this year but the weather just would not co-operate. Today we were blessed with the better part of the morning and some of the afternoon to get some flying in. Sunday promises to be rained on all day till monday morning . We did enjoy everyones company today and we all wanted to thank you for coming out and being part of our fund raiser for the children's wish foundation.

Looks like as hard as we try to get this to work, mother nature just keeps throwing us curve balls. Please donate whenever you can.It's a worthy cause. We hope to see all of you next year!
