For those that don't know Breslau is a small airfield between Guelph and Kitchener/ Waterloo Ontario.Well they used to have an airshow there which might seem small to some but my wife and daughter and I enjoyed it.Now did they just quit having it or did we miss the advertising of the event two years in a row. I know we can see most of what is there by going to Hamilton airport but its not quite the same

Re: Breslau Air Show

I guess the Insurance costs rendered it impossible as nearly happened with the London Airshow!
Edit: I see now it's been and come and gone a short while ago.

Re: Breslau Air Show

Hi,

Sorry to hear about the Bresleau Airshow, however, I was talking to Streve Gray at FliteCraft (hobby shop in Kitchener/Waterloo) today (Sept.5/0. As an alternative, perhaps you may want to attend the Guelph Airshow instead.

He said the Airshow at the Guelph Airport is always on the third "full" weekend in September. He flies in the show each year and takes people up in the older aircraft - he said it is a go for this year as always. If you want to confirm, you should give FliteCraft a call, or see them at their stand at the KW Scale Rally this weekend, ask for Steve or Bob.

Hope this helps.

Fly4Fun,

Wayne Miller
