after a long sabbatical from flying helis here is my newest heli to get mr back into flying again

Stock canopy from century. The heli comes with a nice blue one but it's tough to see on blue sky days.

Nice bird which FBL unit are you using? Also what size batteries and cell count? I have been looking at that one in a nitro version vs the Outrage N2. I also have purcahsed a T-Rex 500 and after a few issues it now flys how I like it and hasn't given me an issue since. I may be thinking 600 size eletric may be the way to go, it would be easier to keep it running properly so 3D comes a little easier, what do you think? I have been flying heli's for 6 seasons now with very little help as there is know one for over 200 km's. So I am thinking the 3D issues may be a little easier to sort out on an electric what do you think on this Kev? Thanks man.

using sk540(skookum) and running 8s and 10setup 10s 4000mah seems to be the way to go with stock motor from century it gives me about 2000 hs give or take..

ive been flying helis since 1991 im no 3d hound but can put it through its paces pretty well and it takes it no problems, its an easy build and flys right outa the box really well. stock 3d settings on the 540 and im using my new dx18 with it and like it a lot.

as for help 200k away its worth the drive although with the sims out these days it makes things alot easier when i started out it was the Dave brown sim and it sucked and we had to set t/r comp curves,there were no hh gyros yet you guys have it way to easy now to get into this.....

its a bargain go get one

Hello Kevin ,glad to know someone else that had a original Dave Brown simulator.Loved the little stick heli.I did learn nose in and inverted on it though.My first heli was a used GMP cricket ,every 10 flights you had better change the tail drive wire cause it probably would break before 12 ! Oh how I enjoy my E640 and my RealFlight 6 .Times are Good
