Re: Otterville RC Air Show
Flippy,
Just wondering. I'm from Tillsonburg and my brother still lives there. he was describing a guy that flys an equivilent to a 90 size electric in his back yard and the empty field behind his house. Tim just lives down the street from this guy. Just wondering if it was you. Just the same I'll see you in Otterville. I'll be wearing the "Warbirds over Keswick" T-shirt with the A.D.D blonde guy that seems to be in a hurry to go nnowhere(Just ask him.. LOL) and flying every ones elses planes as I can't fit mine in the trailer.(I'm camping in Port Burwell, Don't ask). Dave |

Re: Otterville RC Air Show
What do you fly?[/QUOTE]
Any thing I can get my hands on. Actually I.m flying a Blade 400 heli, Sukoi with a saito 150, 25% cap 232 with a saito 220 zeus. And a basement full more. I'm basically a scratch builder from plans. I'm presently working on a 100" lancaster bomber that is scratch built right down to the hand made retracts. I also have a twin ww2 Mosquito that is ready to go. Just don't have the nerve to fly it yet. I made the mustake of looking at the biils when the boxes started to arrive on the door step. Dave |

Re: Otterville RC Air Show
Cool, I use to have a blade 400. A great little heli if you get better servos and gyro though! The esc went on mine within 5 flights so I had a castle in it pretty much the whole time I owned it. Wow, sounds like you have quite the fleet!
Where are you living? Jay |

Re: Otterville RC Air Show
Flippy,
Just a few. , Just got smaller last night as after 200+ flights on a phaeton II Bipeplane and trying to rip the wings off and pushing it to its limits every flight it finally found it's expiry date. Elevater push rod snapped in 2 pieces and thats all she wrote. I was going to bring it to Otterville but guess not now. I'll have to see what fits now. See you on Saturday. Dave |

Just got back from the Fun Fly and there was a good turn out, also I picked a good tome to go for my first time as I got to see one of the guys(not sure his name) go through the BARN and win the $1,000 prize.Guess it was the first time its been done in the 20 years that they have been doing this.
