I'm not sure Throttle Cut would work because the function describes the effect being reduced to nothing when stick is moved to full throttle. Its real function is just to allow you to bring the stick back to zero without closing the carb barrel, gives you a reliable idle setting, then the switch closes it fully.

Throttle Hold will override the Throttle Stick and put "Carb Servo" in specific position (which it would seem could be zero) but is only available in Heli.
