If those people don't understand and respect the possible danger. It is better that they leave. We do have a dangerous hobby. How many work places would allow a spinning prop an 10,000RPM+ within inces of you fingers and hand with no guard? How many work places would allow 5-45LBS unteathered objects to operate at high speeds over your head with no cage to protect the worker?

It is a good idea to remind people of the possible danger.

Yep could not agree more. Spinning prop and prop wash kicking up all kinds of stuff what company would allow this without safety glasses or even work boots. How many fire extinguishers in the advent of a fire. The list could go on forever. In the work place, without legislation and penalties we all know how much compliance there would be. Do we want this type of legislation in our hobby? Not me, but on that note my safety then becomes my responsibility. The safety of others from my actions also rests firmly upon my shoulders as well. Can you see it now? Without any safety guidelines some inconsiderate clunk hurts himself or heaven forbid another person or persons and his defence is that "No one said I could not do that so MAAC or someone else should be responsible for my actions". The wording may be simplistic but are there lawsuits that are filed on that type of reasoning. You becha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
