I knew at some point in this thread we would agree on something!

Deffinitely we have to leave this up to the club, it's enviroment and it's wishes. If you want to travel to different clubs and fly at fun flys or events it only makes sense to make your airplane as quiet as possible and still have respectable performance.

As it has been said MAAC or the individual disciplines can set guidelines or if they incorporate noise into there rules, such as pattern so be it. It's like anything else in life there must be rules and control. For without Control there can only be Kaos ooops nt that Kaos, that's anirplane. I meant Caos .....lik in "Get Smart". !
