I raced stock motors twice last year in the open 2wd class and finished 1st and 3rd , i was pushing for a stock race last year i thought it would be a nice change i hope i was not wrong. The SIDS commity asked my advise before the stock class motors were picked i said aprove it , it will not be faster. That is the reason i said to John lets have a drag race to see how fast it really was (plus i love drag racing and i am going through withdrawles since i sold my camaro lol) , now my stocker is tuned with all the tricks but when i raced John it was not touched after the main no cleaning and no com drops he had more punch off the line but i had more top end very even no advantage either way. I hope you still come out Dave the more competion the better, but its your call and remember its all for fun.

then ppl (Sids race ppl) jump on me and trying to tell me the 13.5 IS a ROAR legal stock motor. thats what pissed me off even more. ppl running the race dont even know what a stock motor is.
