Did you try a new plug as well....you could get spark but yet the plug can be bad, especially if it's the same one you used for break-in.

get a walbro 668 the carb that comes on that motor are junky . check fuel flow and vent on cap

Finally got it running
I adjusted the ignition coil, and put a new plug.
It still keeps stalling on me , but at least its running.
I'm going to keep adjusting the jets until I get it right
