Just being new to RC raceing I personally don't know about Toronto but if you care to take the short trip to Hamilton once in awhile, they have an awsome huge parking lot raceway setup. Just in behind the Hamilton Spectator (news paper) located just about 1 minute's drive off the 403.

They setup either late Friday evenings or early Saturday mornings and then have raceing all day Saturday and Sunday. Fee for raceing is very reasonable and seem to be a real friendly bunch of fellows. Apparently there is a group from Toronto and surrounding areas that come there almost every weekend during the season.

I didn't race myself but it was very exceiting just watching and talking to the guys!

GTA Racing

There used to be a complete track that was setup behind a warehouse on McNickle and Birchmount. Not sure if they still do it. I do recall a few complaints from people that lived nearby.
I am also looking for a area where Drifting can be done as a sport event.
You can speak with advancehobbies, i know they are heavy into RC cars and may know some areas that us boyz can play !!.
I will do more searching and keep you all posted.

Picking up my 4-Tec 3.3 today and will become the next DK of GTA LOL

Nitro.

Newmarket NRCC races weekends out door parking lot.

In Newmarket Ontario of course.

I'm pretty sure they have their own web site,
or look up Zoom Room Toys and Hobbies, and speak with Henry.

Great bunch of guys. A lot of fun.

They also move inside in Winter for Electric onroad.

Family oriented group, and very friendly.

Re: Toronto racing (gta)

Grandprix Kartways runs rc indoor all winter on Saturday mornings. There are a couple threads on it in this section. gpkartways.com has a killer video of it on our site. Bottom of the main page.
