Pilot RC 35% Extra 260
Hey Guys,
I picked up my winter project this year. I have a DLE 111 that should work just fine here. I am still debating on which servos to use. I may use the Futaba S-Bus set up??? Any body have experience here? And yes, it will be built on the coffee table as the hangar is currently under a major renovation

Congrats on your new plane!
I've used Futaba BLS172 and BLS175 servos on a couple of planes and been very pleased with the servos and the S.Bus setup. They are expensive but seem very smooth, quiet and efficient. I like your EF Extra in the background.

Re: Pilot RC 35% Extra 260
Thanks for the info guys! I have been eying up the BLS172's. My only concern is that at 500oz., do they suck up the batteries quick?
ED, no room for trees in the hangar... Santa can put my presents under the EF Extra

Re: Pilot RC 35% Extra 260
They will only suck up battery power if they are binding or being overworked. AT 500oz your won't be working them too hard
