hitec HS-300 servo's

I planted a plane this spring and strung it out a strong 20 yards.( don't know how many kms. it is and don't care). But in this plane were the Hitec HS-300 servo's, These servos if I remember were classed way down on the line of excellence and the gears are tore out on the throttle servo and I cannot find the servo nor the gear set on line. Did Hitec bury this servo and its parts, hoping it will fade away. Just a curiosity question? I will replace it with a different numbered Hitec servo.

The HS300 have been long phased out of the Hitec line, they were only i think about 40oz servos and don't think they ever made MG's for them. I would not waste any time on them but its up to you. Best of luck. Phil

Tommy,
What specific servo do you mean? Like futaba 3003? If so I can help you out...

Re: hitec HS-300 servo's

reply to NDW. Thanks for the offer, But I have enough working servos. It was just a food for thought moment, I remember back in time when there was bad talk about this servo it was Hitec HS-300 and maybe it had issues, I did not own any until I bought some kit and they were in a plane. I will just use a different servo out of the drawer.
