I have an Align 450 with a Hughes 500 fuse and HK HXT900 servos that go for about $4 each. I have around 200 flights on this heli with some very good results and no real issues and it's been one of my all time best flying helis. On Friday I flew in some gusty winds not thinking much of it when my heli pitched about ten feet to the left in about one second which I passed off as being a strong gust of wind. It was a bit of a struggle to fly that day so I assumed the gusty wind was the cause and after two batteries packed it in. On Sunday my son came over and I wanted him to video my favourite heli in flight. It lifted off OK but became hard to control in a short time so put it back on the ground hard and thought something is wrong with my RX or power supply. I watched the servos operate and right collective servo was dead which by the looks of things died a slow death before it stopped completely. Moral of the story you get what you pay for and no more cheap servos for me.
