Spektrum DS821 vs JR DS821

hey guys!
why do both manufacturers have the same model name?
are Spektrum's DS821s really that bad that people buying DX7s dont use them?

There are the same servo, and yes they are that bad in 50 size or larger helis'. I wouldnt use them in anything

i have four in a 40 size 3D plane and have zero problems. Heli's i have no idea about, but I would use them on airplanes.

i've been reading about them as i am looking for a set of servos for my raptor 50. and people just dont like them. any suggestions on what to get, guys? there are a lot of good servos out there but im looking for something more affordable..

I would get the Hitec 6975's, they are cheap now.

I think the 811's would be OK in planes, but they fail left right and center in 50 size nitros'

Can you say "VIBRATION" A helicopter, like a lady of the night, runs around with no visible means of support. It's main aim in life is to shake itself to bits. (At least the fullscale ones do)

I have four of them in the Hurricane heli and liked them so much I bought four more for the Twist 3D. No problems whatsoever.

and 4 on a 30 raptor V2, not flown yet.
