Does anyone in the Moncton area (or fairly close) have a spare clutch bell for the LST (LOSB3340)?

how'd you manage that one, or are you running steel spurs?

I'm putting a set of ti-nitride gears and didn't get the LST1 clutch bell that is needed. I'll just use the stock LST2 clutch bell for now - hopefully it will hold.

If you have them put the plastic spurs back on too.

Stock CB with plastic gears will oddly enough, last alot longer than a Stock clutch bell paired with steel (or stronger) spurs.
If you run a stock Clutch Bell with a stronger spur you'll shread the clutch bell just as easy as you would a plastic spur, at a cost 3x or more to replace it.

Dont run the stronger spur gears 'till you get a clutch bell at least as strong. I've learned that one the hard way...

Talking

I have been wrong before! LOL! But i ran like that for a while before i got the proper clutch bell and it was fine, prolonged use, ti-nitride will defenitly win the battle over the stock clutch-bell.

Thanks for the feedback. I think I'm going to chance it. I have the clutch bell on order so the stock one shouldn't be in it for that long.

Thanks AST - I appreciate the offer - but I should be OK. As suggested, I'm going to try with the stock one. Hopefully it'll hold up.
