I think I just sold my 3W170CS and pretty much gave the Pilot Edge and stuff away. I said 3K for everything and it looks like it went.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

It is the same one that has almost made people fall over on top of the plane when they stand with their calves against the stabs. If I give it full throttle they can't hold it.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

That's the good thing with owning lots of DA's I guess - makes the 3W170 seems crazy powerful, LOL!! I think Fort McMurray needs to import a ZDZ180 or MVVS190 - then you can no longer hold it by the stabs without doing damage to the airframe

Lol just like my second funfly with the pilot decathlon (where it also died lol). Everyone was expecting a scale flyer popped it into a hover on take off lol. I gotta put another one together with a gp 61

Very cool Brodie!

Andy and I are each going to be doing a Wendell Hostetler 126" Beaver Build with floats this Summer/Fall. I also got the amphibious retracts for the floats. We'll be putting Moki 150/180's in them but the plan is to lighten them

I'm hoping we're able to have this cool, scale set of Beavers and then pull off a similar flight, LOL

Nice beaver's lol. I saw gold wing had a beaver ARf on their website 50cc but it's just a prototype not in production yet. Not many good arfs for beavers their all 30cc

Sounds like Andy will be starting the Beaver-thread soon. I have a feeling it'll be a popular thread just due to the title and all the jokes that can be made

Yep lol. My old slipstream beaver had stickers on it , one side said weekend beaver the other said beaver on the side . Lol lots of talk at funflys. Went to a scale funfly and got labeld in 10 mins once I started doing inverted flat spins with it lol
