you may want to re-think your price my first buggy was the ravager rtr with the force 28 and i bought it tax included for $400 in london From a hooby shop not out of someones basement

Those rtr ravagers are 450 Plus in our area ,that pipe is 60 and up ,that servo is 80 dollars and you have a starter box that probably is 70 and up ,Price seems not bad to me pending the condition,good luck with the sell.
