As Mike mentioned, Thank you for having such a fun event. Jet dog and I had a blast!

I found the event was fun and friendly to all.

We were able to sign off two more pilots for their TOC. Congrats to Jason Peterson and Doug Mathews. Well Done!!!!

It was nice to meet some of the pilots and put faces to the (nick)names. Everyone was helpful and what a nice bunch of folks! The field is awesome for jets, and it was manicured like a golf course...........couldn't ask for more.

Rickyboy..........I sure like those E-Jets you got!! Tell me if you ever want to part with that Habu32. Sweet little plane!

Wow I can only ditto all the "great event" comments! I had a blast and it was great to see and meet so many fellow kero addicts. Perfect weather, great field, wonderful people and some really great flying.

A big Thanks Brad, Lynn, Stewart, Peter, and all the rest that put this together.

I will be there next year, and lets hope it is a 2 day event.

A special thanks to Gary and Peter for taking the time to do my TOC. I really appreciate it.

Brad if you need a hand for next year let me know what I can do.

Hello all, just sent Peter D (RC_Man) home as we went flying today. Saturday's Jet Fest had all we wanted ,great weather, dry field, food/ drinks and a lot of fun! We had I believe 13 turbine pilots and Ricky Boy (LOL), approximately 16 turbines powered Jets and 6-8 EDFs Jets. We manage to get about 50 flights in . RC_MAN and I got to the field about 9:00am only to find 5 or 6 cars were already unloaded ,Frank K (thudd66) was the first one there (also the last to leave). First flight was at about 9:30 by Doug M with his Boomer elan (Dame fine flying) as he put on a show every time he flew! Gary A (KAPTAN KAOS) also drop in and showed us all why they call it a Flash! high speed passes almost burning the grass as he went by!and Mike (luv2flyrc) I believe put on the "Best of Show" with his Carf Hawk as he put on a show from take-off to landing, all I can said is WOW! All pilots receive a plaque and from R/C Canada a key neck strape and decals. I would also like to thank RC_MAN and KAPTAN KAOS for doing the "TOC" and "Mel" for her help with the 50-50 draw, also thudd66 for all his help with the clean-up. A special thanks to all who attended and hope you all had fun and hope to see you all next yr (maybe do a 2 day event). As for the "For Sale" section a Boomer XL was sold and an F-4 , hope to see them flying next yr.
Happy flying the rest of the year from the Forest Lakeside Flyers and me Brad "Maddog" Metcalf. Mrs Maddog took a few pic's and if any else has some it would be great to see them.
