NOIC 2006
OK guys please pre-register for the NOIC soon. The site can be found at
http://www.rcflier.com/chapter401/su...-imac-2006.htm So far we only have Basic and Sportsman filling up with one in Intermediate! We have a fantastic IMAC weekend planned with lots of flying, lots of prizes and the best field you could ever hope for. There's tons of room on site for camping, tenting or what have you, and the host hotel (Comfort Inn on Regent-see other posts) is only 20 minutes away. Dinner on Saturday is booked at Casey's on the Kingsway (we have the whole upper level booked) so bring lots of gas, lots of enthusiasm and make sure your batteries are charged up 'cause we are going to fly the pants off of everyone who enters Lee Co-CD NOIC |

Just looked at the Sportsman pre-reg. Should any of the 5 pilots be concerned with the conspiracy of being surrounded by 2 Yak's?
They've surrounded us guys... be careful! Not much competion going on above Sportsman. What's up with that? Jayson could win all three classes.

Big Engines
Personally I don't think anything over 50cc should be allowed in Basic, if nothing more than the psych out factor for newbies
I fear that we will be repeating what i saw in pattern years ago, where to be competitive even in the lower classes meant spending way more than the average pilot could afford...oh oh controversy |
