Abell Hobby Velox 58"

Anyone have experience with this? I'm thinking of putting in an OS 61FX with the bison muffler. Should correspond to the 91 four stroke. Have looked around for some word on tis but haven't seen anything, does look like pretty good ARF. Last edited by Snare_TS; 04-17-2009 at 12:01 PM. |

It should fly well. It's the baby brother to the MAXAIR Velox RII.
I like the covering scheme.  Check out Chris flying the larger version below.

Do you think an OS .61FX with Pitts muffler will do it for this smaller one? Maybe I should switch to 30% nitro for some extra kick.
By the way, the flying in that video is what I aspire to and definately makes me want to get this one in the air sooner than later. |
