And the cowl cut for the DA60 and the muffler!!!

In hind-sight, I guess I should have done a header and canister to prevent the uuuugly cutout in the front of the cowl for the muffler!!

If this flies well and I like it, I`ll probably order a replacement cowl and a header and canister!

I love that the needles are accesible from the top like that.
Should make tuning a breeze, even with the motor running.

Re: Assembly Thread - 50cc Top Dawg Edge540

Now this is really funny and validates what I said earlier... the fuse on this Edge doesn`t even come close to the size of the Extreme Flight 88" Yak, but yet the Edge has 4" more of wingspan than the Yak !!!

Big difference in fuse size!!

The good news is that the new Edge will fit much better above the big Pitts in the trailer!!

Yep... I really, really like that also!! I'll be installing some straws as screwdriver guides for the needles so it should be a breeze to tune!

I have the EF Yak on a shelf above the big Pitts in the trailer, but due to the height of the Yak and the height of the Pitts, it's a tight fit. If I put the Edge on the shelf, there'll be more space!!

Not a huge fan of "Edge's" but I must say this one looks pretty fine..
