do a search on the internet and you can probably download the manual for the engine

If you replace either the piston or piston sleeve, or especially both, you have to go through the break-in procedure again.

Break in procedure was followed ran very rich for ( IDLED ) for 2 tanks. slowly drove around for 2 more still very rich and no more than 1/4 throttle. I helped Darkside that day. I guessed @ the needle settings. For the Low end for almost all OS engines it it almost flush with the end of the carb and as for the HSN i ran it as rich as it could be without stalling. The engine ran very cool through out this process.

Doug ( Flaming mo ),

This is the same engine I sold you... Maybe I can grab the manual off of you. LMK Thanks,

Jamie

If the needles are right and it runs rough and stalls immediatly, make sure the piston was installed the right way, sounds stupid, but it happens and the end result is not good.
