Bump ups would be OK.I think that the mains would have to be run differantly though.Wouldnt you have to run for example all the C's then all the B's then all the A's instead of all the 2wd mains,4wd mains and truck mains?You want to allow some cool off time in between runs I would think anyway.As for givin up a B main win to bump up to the A thats could be a hard decision I think.If you are someone who normally makes the A and doesnt due to qualifying probs then it would be a good choice.But if you know that you are in for a butt kicking if you make the A then I guess it all depends on how badly you want the bowling trophy LOL.

If you win the B and bump up to the A do you lose your B main win? i.e. second place becomes the B main winner? Seems like some may just race for second then?

FOXY you are correct. Once you give up the title to bump up, then the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th become the top 3.

For those who raced at Glenwood, NY this past March got to experience the bump-up system - and the mains were spread out to give enough time in between.
