Beware the latest scam.

KNIGHT HAVEN GEMS, (PROCESSING UNIT)

DEAR CANDIDATE,

My name is Robert Bagwell and i am mailing to inquire if you have interest in our placement offer aimed at recruiting a trustworthy and efficient representative in the USA and Canada who can help as a link between our company (KNIGHT HAVEN GEMS) and existing/prospective clients in these countries.
I am the C.E.O of knight haven gems and i am recruiting personally. We operate a gemstone and antique jewelery company that trades various types of precious stones and metals and ancient antiquities. Our products are widely distributed in europe, asia, africa and america on a weekly basis and our quest to recruit a agent/representative is due to the increase in orders from these said countries leading to logistic and billing problems.

Presently, we have clients we supply weekly in these countries and they make payments in cashier checks or money orders which is not readily cashable outside these countries (USA/Canada)hence our need to have someone who can be able to assist in processing these payments on our behalf. Renumeration will be done based on commission percentage basis (10% of funds received and processed) and remainder forwarded directly to us or any of our regional offices depending on volume of order and where readily available. We are looking at 10% of $40,000 at the average every month On approval of your appointment, payments will be issued in your name and your primary resposibility would be to have them cashed through your bank or payment institution and sent to us as you will be directed later.

If you are interested in working with us,Please fill out the form below and send the details to my private email for review.knighthavengemsprocessingunit@live.co.uk

Re: The latest Scam

As obvious as this fraud is ... you'd be amazed at how many will fall for it.

It's a sad world some times.

Re: The latest Scam

The lottery is merely a tax on the stupid. This other Phishing scheme is cleaning the stupid out completely.

Re: The latest Scam

Hi Ed:
Did this gem solicitation originate on RCCanada, or did you bring it up from an external source?
It seems to me that it has little to do with model flying and is a bit (if not a whole lot) irrelevant here.
I could write a lot about the recent spate of almost daily gun toting drug radical shootings in the Halifax area. but it would not mean diddley squat.

It came in my email. If all that "Has little to do with model flying" was removed from this Forum there would be some pretty sparse reading.

I will not bother to warn people anymore.
