There are no bad clubs in the Ottawa Area!
Most people join the club that is closest in distance from them

Ottawa West end: ORCC
Ottawa East End : Stetson Flyers

If you are in the West End you may want to check out the ARCC
http://www.arccclub.com/
with a 800" grass runway its one of the best flying sites around !
