FFF goes by different trade names. Tell them its thin insulation thats folded like an accordion and goes behind vinyl siding.

Oh I described it quite explicitly... he'd never heard of anything like it. They have the green heavy stuff that comes in sheets, but nothing that folds like an accordion... blue or pink

I hate driving to T.O.....

Sometimes you'll get a newbee who doesn't know his ass from his elbow. Check with another branch, see what they call it and get an internal transfer to your location. I have several suppliers that I can get this stuff by the truck load.

Well, I could, but I suspect they'd have to get a skid-load of the stuff, and I only want a bundle. I'll just have to suck it up and drive to T.O.
