My DA-100 would only spin a 28x9.5 at 6200 on cans. For a fella that like prop rippin you sure are overpropping.....

Just Sayin'

Better check where your finger's been it smells like bull ST

Must be the oil mix you are using.... Or throttle servo

My 100 kills that prop I had to go I a heavier loading prop

The 110 feels like its free wheeling that prop

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

I've yet to see any DA100L spin a 28x9.5 more than 6400 on cans or mufflers. The 3W110cs was like freewheeling and spun high 6800's on cans the V1 Gp123 I had spun 6900 on mufflers and 7280 on pipes. Would be hilarious to see how the V2 would do!!

Ohhhh it's a 123. I thought he still had a eme120.

The ol'ringrd , pipe smoking, hitec servo'd, stihl oil drink'n da doesn't like the 29x9, makes too much prop noise. Almost as noisy as the rod bearings of an EME or front bearing on a GP.

My EME runs that prop at 6600 and the rods are nice and quiet.

Hanes your blinders are bigger than Jacks or Dougs

Speaking about blinders. You don't happen to own a Mintor engine or a valache?
At last year's huckfest, there wasn't a non metallic sounding EME in the crowd. .... Well one, but that was in a box
