Just got in from the first 10+ minute flight of the year. Decided to change up how I manage the gimbals this year, tryin' the pinch method..... wasn't too stressful!

Brent, are you using a strap, or tray?
Going to give it the season/test?

Well I'm just finishing the struts on my garbage (grandpa talk), R/C Guy's AgWagon.
Even the Beagle likes simply sitting on the back deck, enjoying the warmth. Can't be the scenery, as he is responsible for most of it!

Ah yes..... the scenery.

I'm looking forward to cleaning up the scenery in the coming weeks as it slowly starts to warm up

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Dale, as per some wise advice from someone, I have committed to pinching for a whole year. I've always used a neck strap, don't want to be the guy remembered as "the klutz that dropped his Tx"!

Funny though, when I took off I noticed I was thumbin' it! What happens on the Sim doesn't translate too well into "real life" out in the fresh air!!!! They might be correct, teachin' a old dawg new tricks....

Interesting, that the sim work did not translate to the field.

Next to our site yesterday. A truck driver dumped a track hoe loading it. 2 Recovery trucks uprighting it, as we headed home. Thought you might get a chuckle, life hey.
The other two photo's are from this afternoon. My AgWagon can go flying now, done. First day of running my new-to-me ZDZ160 RV-J

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Got the toy airplane trailer out of the snowbank into the driveway today so time to go through the planes replace batteries get ready to go. And finish 110 yak the wife bought me a year ago. too much stuff on the go last year to get much flying in. maybe 15 litres hope to hit at least 60 or chase Dales 100 litre goal.

Working close enough to the trout farm to leave one there and just stop on the way home 2 or 3 times a week or see of the ponoka club is up and running as I have 5 weeks in ponoka coming up in april

Funny, $8 at the Value Village. Sure wish I could find a second one. As I will miss it hard once it breaks.
