Once the event is complete(the day after) the contest gets removed from the up and coming contest list. Once the scores are submitted and reviewed then they get posted to contest results. It seems that some Ontario contests take longer to get up on the results page. Not sure why.
Will contact Mike K to find out.

When submitting the scores, submit the fee also. This definitely speeds up the process. I sent both the day after the contest and the scores were posted within a week.
