Long Sault Flyers Model Airplane Club FPV DEMO

This video was taken during an FPV demonstration given at the Long Sault Flyers Model Airplane Club in Ontario. We were invited by the FPV Committee chair to help him give the demonstration. We used two TBRC 60" wings and did a little chasing. On the ground we had two 20" screens set up, receiving video from both planes, so spectators could watch. The demo was very well received and a couple of pilots got a chance to try flying FPV themselves, using one of the wings and Fatshark goggles. We are looking forward to doing this again soon.

So Yuvy, you all flew as per MAAC gudelines for FPV, buddy box and all? It must of been hard not to just fly way out

Re: Long Sault Flyers Model Airplane Club FPV DEMO

we flew right within all the guide lines, we did not wonder anywhere and we still managed to have lots of fun chasing each other around.
we did not use buddy boxes, we did have spotters for each pilot and we proved that is a sufficient safety feature for FPV flying
