AlleyCat
The AlleyCat (housecat) plans over at the other groups is a great plane for FFF. 5 or 6 mm depron would work well also.
I did mine in a 34" version with a 400 XT outrunner & 3S1200 lipo with APC 8X6E prop. Great combination. Very wide speed range & very stable. For a 12 oz model, this thing handles wind unbelievably well & is quite manoeverable. It does not tip stall & only loses directional control right at the stall. |
