ARCHA (Atlantic RC Helicopter Association)??

I was surfing around the net trying to find heli. stuff and I found pictures from a funfly gathering in Truro in 1997 for the ARCHA. I then looked and found a listing in the events for maac in 1999 for another funfly but no other information. I am wondering if this organization is still around. I think it would be great if it is still going (being in my area) or would get rolling again. If anyone knows anything please share thanks Daniel. http://www.greathobbies.com/gallery/gal_034.html

Hey Dan;

The best people you can get a hold of for the heli stuff in Nova Scotia, is the Halifax Bladerunners. They usually put on a heli funfly every year. If I remeber correctly I think their field is around the 9 mile river area. You must have picked up Willie's heli. Enjoy and have fun.

ARCHA

Thanks guys, but I already knew about the scotia bladrunners. I was just really curious about the atlantic rc heli. association but I guess it must have disbanded after 1999.
Greg haven't got a chance to get over to MAST since Jan. I still have got to pay my membership (someones gonna be hunting me down soon) I bought Willi's Ergo and hope to have it flying for the GAFF. I read your posts about the IMAC stuff but didn't know it was you. Is there anything going to be hapening with that.
Thanks Daniel

Hey therecare my two old gas machines on the right of the picture! (x-cell and kalt) Bill Kelso knows about ARCHA from Sussex NB. It was founded by Bill and a guy named Dan Arsenault. Many of the members have dropped helis and so it fizzled out. They used to have one gathering a year from the atlantic provinces ofetn held at Amherst ot Truro.
