The upper wheel wheels area were a pain in the butt. But eventually I got it to a point that I was happy with it. Used curved scissors, straight scissors and my dremel sand tool. The front bumper painted area's could have been fixed, but I also wanted to get it completed so I left it alone. It isn't there to win a design contest.

Im quite happy with the outcome.

Next up.. my crawler body.

ROFL !!! My wing is a different colour though.

Actually I based that two tone design from the HPI "how to paint a car" tutorial on their webpage. I think they used a pink and silver however. Then I just played around with the lines on it to get it how I wanted. Which is funny that we did almost the exact same masking.

I walked into the Zoom Room sometime last year with the intention to buy a new body and paint it before racing started fall 07. So I saw the blue and Henry suggested to back it with silver and I ended up using that as my backing and second colour. Then I put off painting the body over the summer last year, because I wasnt sure if I would even be racing this winter (which I did). But by then it was already too cold to try and paint it, so I waited it out till this year.

Nice lookin colour scheme btw there
