Honeybee King 2 help

Any HBK2 owners out there?

I'm trying to set one up right now. It is my first heli, so forgive the stupid questions.

Before someone posts it, I've seen the videos on YouTube. These are good, but you have to start with a completely put-together heli

Right now the only question I've got is: how do you tighten the nuts on the feathering shaft ends? I can't seem to get anything down inside the blade grips, is there a special tool for this?

I'll likely post more questions as I run into more problems

Cheers!

Ben

Re: Honeybee King 2 help

Yes Ben,

It is easiest to buy two small metric nutdrivers from the local hobby shop. I believe the brand name is Wiha made in Germany. Probably 7mm

Re: Honeybee King 2 help

Thanks Dave, I guess thats what I'll do. I'm just finally getting around to putting this thing together, I've been swamped with moving and a new job.

The worst part is, I'll barely have it together, get it outside, and it'll be in pieces again!

Re: Honeybee King 2 help

NP You can also use a couple needle nose pliers with the curved tips. Still a PITA, but
will work for now. I think the Blade 400 canopy would be a nice fit to your heli
also. Comes in two color versions.
PM your addy again and I will send your spare parts servos and extra links.
