Attaching Aluminum Spinner to EME 60

How in gods green earth earth do you attach a aluminum spinner (5") to the engine when it only has the bolt threw the prop in the hub style?

I understand to use the prop guide to drill the holes threw the back plate to attach it, but how do you attach the front bit of the spinner to the back plate?

Help Please!

Chris, you may need a very long 10/32 center bolt that will thread into the center of your crankshaft.
Hope this makes sence.
