Very nice looking build.

I am in the process of building the same kit. I bought is on RCC and it was partially complete. It's been an adventure. I didn't receive all documentation with the kit. I'm putting a DLE35 in it.

Where is the recommended CG?

Thanks, the CG is 6 1/4" (159mm) back from the leading edge of the top wing.

Re: Midwest Pitts Super Stinker

Hi,
I realize this is an older thread, but I wanted to compliment you on a beautiful Pitts SS!
I wondered what material you covered the plane with. It does not appear to be a Monokote or Ultrakote color. From the pics, it looks like you nailed the "Corvette Orange" color from the full-size plane. I've long been a follower of Mike Wiskus and the Telex/Lucas Oil Super Stinker.

Cool, looks kinda red/orangey in some of the pics. Oh well, my wife says I’m color blind anyway. I guess she’s right!
