Funtana 40 - $205
Futaba 7c - $300
Saito 72 - $300

Broken elevator extension - priceless, or $8 for an expert electronics one.

Solder and shrink wrap to extend the length of the servo leads, but please don't use 28 gauge or light wire. Servo wire from our LHS is very reasonable.

try these guys : http://www.rc-dymond.com
i've bought from them wires ( 100 % as the original ones) and conectors, much cheaper ( including shipping cost ) than any LHS.

hope it helps.

ovidiu

p.s.: will need to crimp the pins at your desired length of wire, which takes only seconds .

You can purchase wire for your system in the right colours (ie futaba,jr, and airtronics) very reasonable from suppliers. Since I am not in the city that much I went that route also with the plugs. Buy your crimpers from Radio Shack now the Source I believe as they are cheaper. The wire is also twisted as was mentioned and the reason why and can be purchased in different guages. I use the 22 guage for my own systems.
Hope this might help.

you can get a silicon wire from radical r/c that is heavier gauge and already twisted
as already described - just tap into the existing servo leads, use heat shrink over each joint and a bigger piece over all three joints et viola
safer than using extinsion cords (when done correctly of course )

Isn't there a place in Canada to get the connectors and wire in bulk?

I know you can get the wire at Sayal Electronics (dixie and matheson) or (Vic Park & Steeles). Doesn't help you much but others might want it.
