Lanier 24% Extra 300L with Os160FX/Servos **SOLD**
I have a Lanier 24% Extra 300LX.
The plane has about 20 flights on it. Covered in Ultrakote. 2 Piece plug in wing, ready to fly weight around 12 lbs. The Cowl is fiberglass. It had a bigger cutout for engine as the previous owner had a bigger motor in it. I put an OS 160FX in it and it is fully contained within the cowl. It has a bisson pitts muffler and an 18x6 prop. I had 2 flights with this combo late last year and it flew excellent with a ton of power with the 160FX. The engine is also in Excellent shape with only about 15 tanks through it. The plane is all set to fly pop in receiver/battery, includes following servos 2 Hitec 605BB high torque servos for Ailerons 1 Hitec 605BB high torque for Rudder 2 JR 517 servos for the Elevator Asking $800 for everything or best offer. Pickup in Mississauga or willing to drive to a fair distance. The pictures are taken before putting the 160FX in it. ================================================== ======= RCC Classified Quick Rules - Location & price is a must when selling RC related items. Yes, it flies great. I like it very much, but big planes become a nuisance for me, so I have bought this 60 size nice looking ARF. Also got a new cap232 with Saito 180 which I will fly a few times and then pass it onto someone.

Wingspan
Hi Myles:
Think the WS is about 73". By the way, did you ever finish building that power supply for cutting foam wings? Just curious!!

Dennis is right, the wingspan is 73 inches.
Dennis and Ron, I did build that power supply. It works like a charm. I have not done much with it as I have not built a proper bow for it, but I have done some repairs to wings using it and it does an excellent job. Thanks for the help Dennis.

Info
Thanks guys! Unfortunately the power supply has been put on the back burner like so many other things I have on the go!
I will build one as soon as some of the work on the house get finished and my winter projeect hits the air. I know a guy who was looking for plane similar to this. I'll ask him if he's interested for you. Myles |
