Flying in a golf dome in Waterloo, Interested?

I had a meeting with the new owner of the old Sportsworld golf dome today. My goal was to see if I can talk Don into giving us foamy flyers some prime time in the dome. He was apprehensive at first until he saw what our foamies looked like. Before we showed him what a foamy was, he though I was asking him to let us fly glow planes in his new dome. He was worried about damage to the skin of his giant looking grub worm. After he stopped laughing at the foamy, he seriously considered my proposal. The dome will not open until the 1st of December. Don feels that his dome will be busy from the time he opens his doors at 08:00 am, until closing at 10:00pm. The average golfer will shell out about $60 an hour. Just five golfers in the dome in any one hour would make him more money than I could offer him for a 3 or 4 hour period. I want to keep the drop in price to around $10 - $12 a person for a 3 or 4 hour period. If I can get 30 people out at $10, I can give him $300 plus any sponsorship I can obtain. His answer to this was to wait for a few months after he has opened him dome to the golfers and see how things will go.
Feeling a little perplexed, and anxious, I asked Don if he had any thoughts on when his slow times might be. He wasn't sure yet. However, he did say that we could rent his dome on an after hours sort of deal. He might be able to meet my price and allow us to come in any night after 10:30 pm or any morning before 08:00 am right from the get go. This was very interesting to me. I would do it.
So my question to you indoor flyers is: If I can get this dome for around $10 - $12 a head, would you be interested in flying after 10:30 at night, or before 08:00 in the morning and what days would be best for you?

By the way, it is huge. Multiple rolls on uplines and possible blenders on the way down. Think about that.

RIM park is still our number one choice for daytime use. However, we have not been able to get any decent evening or weekend times there for some time due to heavy usage. We want to find an alternate place to fly at the more common times. RIM park is only available from 09:00 am to about 2:00 pm in the afternoon on Mondays to Fridays. This is good for us flexible worker type people but, it is not very good for the 9 to 5 type. I'm just trying to get a place that will suite the later group as well.
