I have always had good luck contacting them. Usually within a couple of days Curtis has answered. I think they all may be out of the office/warehouse right now as the Joe Nall huckfest is on this weekend. It is one of the premier RC shows of the year. They all should be back by next Wednesday.

They are also getting a big shipment this week. I imagine they are pretty busy processing the waiting lists. I am waiting for the bill any day now.

They are good at getting back to you. You can also PM them on the boards in the states.
