Your earlier post hints that Canada may not receive the same service that the US is going to get.
Nothing against ProRC at all. Would just be a statement about GP.

But I'm sure Fergie will do the same here. He has always provided excellent service before

My point all week-end.
Nobody seems to be patient enough to see what regular business hours bring. I expect Lorne will follow suit. But less Hype, more patience.
Although this seams to be a high paced thread, ha-ha.

Good Morning all; Sorry guys, got back from mexico last night and been away from this thread for a while.

When fergie told me 3 weeks ago about the new engine plan I was in shock. He told me and kole at the same time but asked not to tell anyone. He was still confirming things testing at that time.

All customers of PRO-RC will be taken care of. I have a very good relationship with fergie and he is trying his hardest to get the engines out fast.

if everyone that has gp 123 engines drop me a quick email at:
partsorder@pro-rc.ca (GP123 in the subject line)
and let me know. I know a couple of engines exchanged hands when new. These customers will be taken care of also.
Please list your approx. location.
If you are not a Pro-RC customer I will need you to sign up on my website as a customer so I have your address.

If you look on the GP 61 GP123 manual Limitless and Pro-rc are the only warranty centers in North America listed

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Somehow one of my devices got hacked in mexico and my email got hacked at the same time. I quit using them for the most part to be safe after I fixed this all.

Now I have 40 pages of this thread to read through but too busy to do so today.
